Step 1: Register Now
First of all visit official website
Then Go to suitable link for registration.
Candidates should fill registration form very carefully
Now upload relevant documents/ certificates according
to the requirement.
Those students who want to present in the choice
filling process and are within the announced range have to register by paying
Rs. 1000/- as non refundable counseling fee online by logging in using the roll
number and generating the verification code.
The verification code would be sent to the registered
mobile number and email of the applicants.

choice filling
General category candidates from state rank 1- 9973
OBC students from state rank 1 to 11967
SC students from state rank 1 to 11943
ST students from state rank 1 to 11661
All eligible sub category students
Step
2: Choice Filling
Applicants registered for counseling have to fill their
choices according to their preferences.
In their own interest, students should fill in a
sufficiently large number of choices of college in decreasing order of
preference.
Choices may be rearranged any number of times till
final submission.
Take a print out of the submitted choices even without
locking
Choices may be filled in multiple sessions. There is
option to save these choices before logging out. Data not saved will be lost
The choices filled by applicants in CPAT are final
and cannot be changed once locked

3: College Allotment (Round 1)
College allotment will be done strictly on the basis of
overall rank of students based on the performance in CPAT as well as the
colleges he/she selects in order of preference during choice filling

All allotments would be provisional and subject to
verification of documents

4: UP CPAT Counseling letter Download (Round 1)
Download counseling letter and report for verification
with all their original documents/certificates.
Candidates have to submit option whether they want to present
in up gradation way or want to retain the allotted college before downloading
the counseling letter.
Details of fee submission and reporting time and venue
would be provided in this counseling letter.

5: Verification and Seat Confirmation (Round 1)
Now you are required to report at the counseling venue
for document verification and seat confirmation fee submission. Candidates have
to report at the prescribed time and place.
The following activities would be carried out at the
counseling centre.
Biometric verification of applicants from data captured
during test.

What
will be the Seat Confirmation Fee?
Students need to submit seat confirmation fee on the
day of verification through bank draft in favour of Finance Officer, Lucknow
University payable at Lucknow. The fee details are provided below completely:
General Category who have been allotted Government
College have to submit bank draft of Rs. 19000/-
OBC, SC and ST Category candidates who have been
allotted Government College have to submit bank draft of Rs. 15000/-
All students who have been allotted private college
need to deposit bank draft of Rs. 50000/-

6: UP CPAT College Allotment (Round 2)
There will be no second choice filling process. Second
college allotment would be carried out on the choices submitted by the
candidates during step 2 of these guidelines.
Candidates would be included in second
allotment:
All students, who were allotted college in first
allotment and have opted for up gradation.
All students who had filled their choices but were not
allotted any college during first allotment.
Students would not be considered during 2nd
allotment procedure:
Those candidates who were allotted college during first
allotment but did not report for verification and college confirmation.
Those candidates who were allotted college in first
allotment and have opted to retain the allotted college

7: Download UP CPAT Counseling lLtter (Round 2)
Applying students who have been finally allotted
college in 2nd phase need to download counseling letter and report
for verification
Details of fee submission and reporting details would
be shown in this counseling letter

8: Second Verification and Seat Confirmation (Round 2)
Those students who have been allotted seats in 2nd
allotment need to report for verification and seat confirmation on below stated
date.
The same procedure will be followed as provided in step
5 of these guidelines

9: Download UP CPAT Allotment Letter
All students who have submitted college confirmation fee in the first 2 rounds of counseling will be only able to download their allotment letter by logging in to the CPAT website.

10: Mop up UP CPAT counseling
Seats remaining vacant after second counseling will be
filled on the basis of mop up counseling
Appearing students need to deposit non refundable
counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- through credit card or debit card at the
counseling venue.
All candidates participating in the mop up counseling
are required to report with all original documents and a bank draft of Rs.
50000/- in favour of Finance Officer, Lucknow University payable at Lucknow as
seat confirmation fee.

11: Reporting in College
Finally students have to report in the college on date
stated below with Additional fee which are required to pay in the college along
with the allotment letter and all original documents.
At the time of reporting, all the students will have to
show their photo ID
Those candidates, who will fail to reach on time, will
be declared as disqualified.
College would be allotted on the basis of rank of students
who will reach on time only as per UP CPAT Counselling Schedule.
